CANCELLATION POLICY
At Revive Tattoo Removal, your time and results matter to us. To ensure we can provide the highest level of care to every client, we have the following scheduling policy: 24-Hour Notice Required We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations. Late Cancellations If your appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a $50 fee will be charged. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment: When you reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment, your $50 deposit will transfer to your new appointment time. Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a late cancellation, and the $50 deposit will be forfeited. By booking with Revive Tattoo Removal, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
